- We post high quality property brochures to buyers upon request
- We erect a distinctive For Sale Board which enables prospective buyers to receive details about your property on their computer
- We email and send sms text message of all properties to our extensive Buyer Database
- We profile the typical of buyer for your home and use database marketing techniques to find potential buyers who maybe haven’t yet registered with an Estate Agent!
- We arrange all viewings and record all viewing feedback in the secure customer access area
- We negotiate all offers received and liaise with respective parties throughout the sale
